Appointments

Before you start, what you need to do:-

To be able to log on to the system you will need a user name and password which can be supplied to you by our Reception.  Just ask to be registered with our Online Appointments System and they will do the rest.  Your online username and password are for you only and will not work for anyone else.  Please contact the surgery if you need any further information about registering.

couple_counsellingYou can make an appointment by ringing 01302 700212 and choose OPTION 1 or wait for reception assistance. You can also call into the surgery if you prefer.

We operate an advanced access system which means the practice will offer an appointment with a doctor within 2 working days for routine problems. If you want to see a specific doctor you may have to wait a little longer. You may be referred to the doctor on call for an appointment the same day who will ring you back to discuss your condition and then arrange an appointment if needed.

If you do not need an appontment within 2 working days the practice offers prebookable appointemnts up to 2 weeks in advance but these slots are limited depending on doctor availabliltiy.

If you are not able to attend for your appointment would you please remember to contact the practice and cancel it so we can offer it to another patient in need.
